This is a pretty easy song to play, the timing may be a bit different, and Gavin does do some muting here and there, but I think you can pick it out. But this is basically the song.
Verse and Chorus:
E-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G-------------------5-5-5--5-5-5-5-5---7-7-7--7-7-7-7-7---3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--
D-3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--5-5-5--5-5-5-5-5---7-7-7--7-7-7-7-7---3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--
A-3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3---5-5-5--5-5-5-5-5---1-1-1--1-1-1-1-1--
E-1-1-1--1-1-1-1-1------------------------------------------------------------------
Play this after each time he says Glycerine at the end of the 1st chorus
E---------------------------------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------------------------------
G-------------------5-5-5---3--3-3-3-----------------------
D-3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--5-5-5---3--3-3-3-----------------------
A-3-3-3--3-3-3-3-3--3-3-3---1--1-1-1-----------------------
E-1-1-1--1-1-1-1-1---------------------------------------------
After he says Our old friend fear and you and me play the same thing that you would after he says Glycerine. Play that same thing after he says Glycerine the first time but after the second start playing the verse again. I think you can hear this but after he holds out by, in Don't let the days go by, you can hear that he starts playing each power chord 8 times with no pause in between them. Do that until this part comes up:
bad moon white again (2x)
E-------------------------------------------------------------
B-------------------------------------------------------------
G-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7---3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3----------------------
D-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7---3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3----------------------
A-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5---1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1----------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------
After that go back to the verse. Each time after he says Glycerine play the part that you normally would after he says that, then the last time he says it (5th time) play that part but after your done hold down your whammy bar. And when he plays it live instead of doing the whammy bar thing he goes up to the 8th fret on A and plays a power chord.
