You can get this to work by tuning the 6th string to D 
but it wont be in key with the record.

      b - bend string up
      r - release bend
      / - slide up
       - slide down
      ~ - vibrato 
      t - right hand tap
      x - play 'note' with heavy damping
      * - pinch harmonic
     pm - palm mute
